Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ruby Rae’s Vintage Tea House. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• Return Window: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return Labels: You must arrange your own trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at ruby@rubyraetea.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
